For Physical Therapists, Physicians & Healthcare Providers
Bridging the Gap Between
Clinical Care and Long-Term Results
Your patients work hard to recover. We make sure that progress holds — and keeps growing — long after they leave your office.
📍 Based in Suwanee, GA — Welcoming referrals from physical therapists, physicians, and specialists across Greater Atlanta
Our Approach
We Speak the Language of Recovery
More than two decades working at the intersection of fitness and rehabilitation teaches you something — clinical outcomes don't end at discharge. They continue in how a patient moves, trains, and rebuilds after they leave your care.
At McCallister Fitness & Functional Movement, we design programs that honor clinical history, respect stated restrictions, and extend the outcomes your practice has worked to achieve. When you refer a patient to us, you're not handing them off — you're extending their care into a structured, medically informed fitness environment that communicates back, documents progress, and treats your clinical judgment as the foundation everything else is built on.
Bill McCallister holds advanced NASM certifications in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement and an NSPA Certified Program Design Specialist credential, alongside more than two decades of post-rehabilitation conditioning experience. He carries full professional liability insurance, and credentials and insurance documentation are available upon request.
McCallister Fitness & Functional Movement is based in Suwanee, GA, serving the greater Atlanta area.

Partnership Model
A True Two-Way Referral Relationship
This is not a one-way street. Bill actively refers clients to trusted healthcare providers when their needs exceed what a training setting can safely address — and he wants that referral to go to you.
Ideal Patients to Refer to Us
- Patients completing or graduating from physical therapy
- Post-surgical patients cleared for progressive activity
- Patients with chronic conditions needing structured exercise
- Patients who need accountability to sustain clinical gains
- Patients seeking a guided, safe return to active living
When We Refer Clients to You
- Client reports pain, swelling, or acute injury during training
- Movement assessment reveals significant compensation patterns or functional limitations
- Client's history requires clinical clearance before progression
- Client would benefit from manual therapy alongside training
- Any symptom or condition outside the scope of personal training
Response Commitment
Every patient referral is acknowledged within 24 hours and contacted for a complimentary consultation within 48 hours. With patient consent, Bill provides periodic progress updates to the referring provider. You will always know your patient is in good hands.
