Our Services
Specialized fitness and recovery programs — built around how your body actually moves.
What We Offer

Myofascial Release
Restricted muscle and tissue quietly rewrites how you move, and you feel it everywhere else. We release those restrictions so your body stops compensating and starts moving freely again. That's less pain, better movement, and a foundation the rest of your program can actually build on.

Functional Movement Training
Your movement breaks down so gradually you stop noticing — until pain or injury forces the issue. We find exactly where the patterns went wrong and retrain them at the source, not just the spot that hurts. That protection holds whether you're training hard or just getting through a normal day.

Post-Rehab Conditioning
Medical clearance means you've healed — not that you're strong. We bridge that gap with training that rebuilds real strength without landing you back on the injured list, picking up where your physical therapist's care left off. The goal is simple: get you back to the activities that matter, for good.

Personal Training
Good training isn't pushing through pain or chasing exhaustion. It starts with a full movement assessment, so your program is built around your goals: lose weight, build strength, move better, feel like yourself again — not a template that ignores you. From there, every session moves you toward what you came for while protecting how you move.

Clinical Nutrition
Clinical nutrition is a credentialed specialty in its own right — not a free add-on bolted onto training. We build your plan on what your body actually needs to recover, perform, and reach goals exercise alone can't touch. Take it as a standalone service or fold it into your program; either way, it's precise guidance, never another fad plan.
How It Works
Initial Consultation
We talk through your history, your goals, and what's been holding you back — no commitment, just an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Movement Assessment
A full Movement Assessment, in person. 13 joints, 18 movements, measured shoulder to foot. We evaluate recovery capacity, flexibility, mobility, strength balance, and motor control — building a functional profile before a single exercise is prescribed.
A Complete Program
You get a plan built from your Movement Assessment and your goals: corrective work at the root, building toward real strength and lasting function. We guide you through every session, reassessing and correcting as your body changes.
Is Training With a Movement Specialist in Suwanee Worth It?
The real question isn't what we cost — it's what staying where you are is already costing you.
How do you decide if working with McCallister Fitness is a worthy investment? Start by asking what your current course of action is actually costing you.
Massages that last a day or two. Appointments that quiet the pain only for it to return with a vengeance. The fitness program you bought, tried, or quietly abandoned because it never addressed your specific need. The mornings you wake up stiff, or avoid the stairs because your knees won't cooperate. The version of you that you've given up on seeing again. The fitness you want but never quite reach.
All of this has a price. A price you are choosing to pay. Some of it's financial…some of it emotional…all of it vexing…all of it voluntary.
Yes, this is an investment. An investment in ending the cycle…finally.
No Time for Personal Training? That's Exactly Why You Need It.
You'll always be busy. The fix isn't finding more time — it's ending what wastes it.
Of course you're busy. You always will be — and unless you've found a way to add hours to the day, that's no reason to wait.
Most people find that replacing a time-consuming, unproductive approach to managing pain doesn't steal time from their schedule. It returns it.
The program is built around your schedule and designed to fit your real life — not complicate it.
The people who come to McCallister Fitness don't have spare time. They're running businesses, treating patients, juggling one child's soccer practice with the other's dance class.
They have so little spare time that they've made a decision — they're done spending time on things that aren't solving the problem.
Tried Training Before? Here's Why It Didn't Stick.
It wasn't a failure of effort. It was a failure of the plan.
You've probably tried things before and ended up right back where you started. You probably think that's a failure of effort.
It isn't. That's a plan failure.
Somewhere between asking for help and getting a plan, the data was dropped, or never gathered at all, and you ended up with a plan built on incomplete information. The issues may live in your body, but the problem lives in your plan.
Most programs are built for the widest possible audience, so real people fall through the cracks. Working with a Functional Movement Specialist starts with assessment and data gathering built to answer specific questions about you — so we can program with real precision.
The plan flows from those intake sessions — not just from a general understanding of how the body moves.
Find out what your body has been trying to tell you.
The assessment is where everything starts — and where we find out if McCallister Fitness is the right fit for you.
